1. Introduction
Sometimes it may be necessary to disconnect or reconnect the Bluetooth pairing between an Inclinometer and the Field Tablet.
If you cannot enter In-Port Pro and the blue 'Comms Ready' light does not come on, the Bluetooth connection would be the first thing to troubleshoot.
2. Disconnecting a Bluetooth Pairing
To disconnect a Bluetooth paring, follow the procedure below:
Switch on the tablet
Swipe down on the tablet screen to open the settings
Click on Bluetooth and More settings
Click on the cog next to the device you need to remove
Click on Forget
The Inclinometer Bluetooth pairing has now been disconnected
3. Connecting a Bluetooth Pairing
To connect a Bluetooth pairing, follow the procedure below:
Switch on the Bluetooth reel. The Blue LED will start blinking
Switch on the tablet
Swipe down on the tablet screen to open the settings
Click on Bluetooth and More settings
Click on Pair new device
The tablet will now show all the Bluetooth devices that are available for pairing. Each device has an ID or name
Tap the ID that matches the serial number label on the back side of the reel.
The tablet will then bring up a paring request.
Click Pair
The device will now show under Paired Devices.
Your Inclinometer Field Tablet should now be fully connected
